If the funds have been debited from your account and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, it is considered as an unsuccessful payment and you will receive the credit in your account within 7-10 working days from the date of transaction. If you do not receive a credit in your account even after 10 working days, kindly create a ticket from the form to the left and provide us with the following details:

  1. IRCTC transaction ID 
  2. A copy of bank statement from the date of debit till date.
  3.  UPI Reference number (if the transaction is via UPI)
