Enabling ODSScenario 1:
Merchants following up on tickets for enabling ODS [on demand settlement] and have the two tags [Risk_check_kqu and Risk_ODS_Disabled] on the MID should be informed that we would not be able to support the same.

I hope this message finds you well. Your ongoing collaboration with Razorpay is highly valued.
We regret to inform you that, after careful evaluation, we are currently unable to fulfil your Instant Settlement feature request. Your settlements will be processed as per your current settlement cycle.

Scenario 2:
If there are follow ups from merchants who have been activated directly i.e, not a part of the bulk activation and have the tags [Risk_ODS_Disabled]on the MID, these accounts would have to be handled as per the existing process i.e, move these tickets to the 
Merchant risk - Transaction Monitoring group for further course of action.
