Scenario 1: Existing website workflow in the checkers bucket: Mark the BSO ticket as Pending with SRT and do not action on the same
Scenario 2: No WFs present for updating the website - guide the merchant on navigating to the self serve section on the DB to add/update new website

PS: Ensure that the website is live and all the policy pages are updated as per the requirement
