Agent SOP ChecklistThe new agent SOP checklist process is live for the 'Activations Ticketing' team.
Process: Ticketing agents are supposed to check if there was a case created in 'Activations Makers_Test group . If there is any ticket created for the particular MID, then the ticketing agents are supposed to process the case on the 'New SOP Checklist.

If the case was already created in 'Activations Makers_Test group for the respective MIDs that are being worked on by the CTC/LC agent, the following actions are to be taken based on the below scenarios:

Workflow creation scenarios: KQU/Rejection/Suspension: Workflows are not supposed to raised for these cases; Agent to add the necessary details on private notes and create a ticket to the 'Acitvations_Ticketing' group on FD.
- NC scenario: Agents are supposed to seek the NC over chat or call. Add the necessary details to private notes and create a ticket in the 'Acitvations_Ticketing' group on FD. There is no action to be taken on the dashboard.
