If the case was already created in 'Activations Makers_Test group for the respective MIDs that are being worked on by the CTC/LC agent, the following actions are to be taken based on the below scenarios: Workflow creation scenarios: KQU/Rejection/Suspension: Workflows are not supposed to raised for these cases; Agent to add the necessary details on private notes and create a ticket to the 'Acitvations_Ticketing' group on FD. - NC scenario: Agents are supposed to seek the NC over chat or call.
