Initiate a call on the number mentioned in the contact us section:
If the call is connected to the Owner/Authorized signatory:
Agent to verify the merchant details on the call and get a confirmation on at least 2 of the 3 details mentioned below
a. Ask the merchant to confirm the PAN number [Individual/Authorized]
b. Ask the merchant to confirm the date of birth as per PAN/Aadhar
c. Ask merchant to confirm the last 4 digits of Aadhar number

If the details are verified:
Please proceed ahead asking for the clarifications as per the MID

If details are not verified:
Inform that we are trying to reach the merchant(Owner/Authorized signatory) for further clarification on the business registered with us. Please have them reach out to us
