Merchant is a Mutual fund distributor:

If a merchant is only using this for mutual fund & not securities, then we should not ask the merchant to create 2 MIDs. 1 MID under mutual fund will suffice.

Additionally merchant has to share a BR stating the above usecase to proceed in this particular scenario.
